Willkommen auf unserer Bierführung durch Bamberg, der Bierhauptstadt Frankens! Unsere Tour beginnt mit einem Besuch in der legendären Schlenkerla-Brauerei, berühmt für ihr einzigartiges Rauchbier. Hier erfahren Sie alles über die Geschichte und Herstellung dieser traditionellen Brauspezialität, deren rauchiger Geschmack seit Jahrhunderten Bierliebhaber aus aller Welt in staunen versetzt. Ja, es soll Leute geben, die nach dem ersten Schluck nicht begeistert sind, aber denen sei mit einer Bamberger Weisheit gesagt: "Nach dem dritten Bier schmeckts". Während wir durch die malerischen Gassen Bambergs weiterziehen, erfahren Sie wie das Brauwesen Bamberg und Franken über die Jahrhunderte geprägt hat und wie eine Bierpreiserhöhung in Höhe eines Pfenning den geruhsamen Franken zum Aufstand verleiten konnte. Ein weiterer Höhepunkt unserer Tour ist der Besuch der Brauereien Spezial und Fässla. Wohl keine Straße wurde mehr durch Brauereien geprägt als die Obere Königstraße. Wie sie erkennen können wo gebraut wurde lässt sich ganz einfach an der Architektur der Häuser nachvollziehen. Gerne reservieren wir für Sie auch für den Abschluss unseres kulinarischen Rundgangs einen Tisch in einem urigen fränkischen Wirtshaus, damit Sie gut gestärkt noch ein, zwei Brauereien besuchen können. Timely notice allows us to offer the spot to other interested participants. We also reserve the right to cancel the tour under certain circumstances, including but not limited to: - Illness of the tour guide - Severe weather conditions that may pose a safety risk to participants - Force majeure or unforeseeable events that make the tour impossible to conduct Furthermore, we reserve the right to cancel the tour if the minimum number of participants is not met. In such cases, we will inform you as early as possible and try to offer an alternative solution. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time at the designated meeting point. Out of respect for other participants, the tour will start at the scheduled time. In case of delay, there is no entitlement to join the tour or receive a refund. In exceptional cases, the group may wait a few minutes, but this is at the discretion of the guide. No-Shows If you do not show up without prior cancellation, we reserve the right to give lower booking priority or exclude you from future tours. Liability Disclaimer Participation in our tours is at your own risk. We accept no liability of any kind for personal injury, property damage, or financial loss that may occur in connection with participation in the tour. This includes incidents caused by third parties, weather conditions, or the participant’s own behavior. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children. Pets Bringing dogs or other animals is only permitted with prior agreement and only if it does not disturb other participants. Photos & Videos Photos or videos may be taken during the tour. By participating, you agree that any image in which you appear may be used for documentation or promotional purposes. If you do not agree, please inform us before the tour begins.
